Who Can Nominate?
To be considered, nominees must meet the eligibility requirements set out in the NSWTF Constitution and the NSWTF Nominations Committee Charter.
This includes being an Individual Member of NSW Touch Football Limited, being legally eligible to act as a company director, and having the nomination supported by authorised representatives from two Regions and/or Affiliated Clubs.
Candidates must also demonstrate the leadership, governance, integrity, financial and risk literacy, independence and commitment required to contribute effectively as a NSWTF Director.
NSWTF is seeking people who can bring relevant skills and experience to the Board and contribute to the future direction of Touch Football across New South Wales.
How to Nominate
Nominations can be completed through the online nomination process:
Candidates will be asked to provide information on their experience, skills and motivation for nominating, together with a current CV or professional profile, details of any relevant conflicts of interest and the required endorsements from two Regions and/or Affiliated Clubs.
Nominations close at 5.00pm Monday, 21 September 2026.
Following the close of nominations, compliant applications will be referred to the NSWTF Nominations Committee for assessment against the published Eligible Director Criteria. Candidates who satisfy those criteria will be eligible to stand for election.
Regions and Affiliates are encouraged to share the nomination information through their networks and consider people who may have the skills, experience and commitment to make a positive contribution to NSW Touch Football.
The formal Notice of AGM, including the final agenda, Notices of Motion and proxy information, will be issued in October.
