NSW Touch Football (NSWTF) is proud to announce the Referees selected into the 2026 Talented Referees Youth Squad (TRYS), a program designed to identify, support and develop the next generation of elite referees within our sport.
Established in 2007, the Talented Referees Youth Squad has played an important role in nurturing young officiating talent across New South Wales, providing referees with a structured development pathway as they progress through the sport. The program focuses on developing technical officiating skills, leadership qualities, communication, professionalism and game management, while also exposing participants to higher-level opportunities within the NSWTF referee pathway.
Coordinated through the NSWTF Junior Referees Program and supported by experienced referee coaches and mentors, TRYS participants receive ongoing education, mentoring and practical development opportunities aimed at assisting them in reaching State-level accreditation and beyond.
The program continues to play a vital role in ensuring the future strength of officiating across the state.
NSWTF congratulates the following referees selected into the 2026 Talented Referees Youth Squad:

NSWTF looks forward to watching these talented young referees continue to develop their skills and make their mark within the sport in the years ahead.
