GIVE IT A TRY
The Give It A Try program is a training resource aimed at helping pre/newly accredited Affiliate referees gain confidence and develop skills through a series of practical sessions.
Affiliates have a selection of training drills specifically designed to develop technical skill and confidence of new referees by focusing on communication, positioning and movement patterns. These drills can be found in the program pdf, which will also have links to video demonstrations of the drills.
The resource also helps Affiliate coaches identify the training indicators for each drill, which allows anyone to run the program and ensure the participants are getting the most out of each session.

Referee Signal Posters
A set of posters to help your new referees feel supported and confident. You can print these posters and display them in your clubhouse to remind less experienced referees of the basic signals they might come across during matches. The posters are available in A3 or A4 sizes, and include a QR code linked to the TFA Touch Signals playlist
