NSW Touch Football (NSWTF) has released updated Conditions of Entry for its representative events, reinforcing the organisation’s commitment to delivering high-quality, well-managed competitions across the state.

Looking ahead, NSWTF will be releasing the State Cup Conditions of Entry on July 31. We trust that releasing the State Cup Conditions of Entry well in advance will assist Affiliates with their preparation and planning for the event.
The updates come in response to the evolving landscape in which NSWTF operates and reflect the organisation’s ongoing focus on strong governance, effective risk management, and the continued development of the representative events calendar in New South Wales.
Designed to strengthen the integrity of NSWTF-managed events, the revised Conditions of Entry provide a clearer framework for participants, affiliates, and stakeholders. The changes will also support improved operational efficiency, ensuring events are delivered consistently and effectively at all levels.
Importantly, the updated Conditions aim to enhance the participant experience across all representative events, supporting fair competition, clear expectations, and a positive environment for players, coaches, officials, and supporters.

ANNUAL AFFILIATE INFORMATION SESSION
NSWTF will be holding our annual Affiliate Information Session on Thursday, August 6. This session will be conducted via Microsoft Teams and will cover key updates for the 2026/27 representative season, including governance and compliance requirements, policy updates, the General and Event Conditions of Entry, operational processes, and other key information to support Affiliates ahead of the upcoming representative season.
