NSWTA are excited to announce the launch of our “Her Sport Her Way Referee Squad” program, aimed at supporting and upskilling level 1 female referees within Touch Football. Our program is designed to foster inclusivity, diversity, and empowerment within the referee community.

The Her Sport Her Way Referee Squad program scheduled for commencement on June 11th, consists of six weeks of engaging Zoom sessions, which will provide participants with valuable knowledge, skills, and insights to enhance their capabilities as referees. These sessions will be facilitated by experienced mentors and industry experts, covering a range of topics essential for referee development. The program will culminate in a level 2 face-to-face course.

We believe that by investing in the development of female referees, we can create a more inclusive and diverse environment within our sport. Through Her Sport Her Way Squad we aim to empower participants to confidently navigate their roles and contribute positively to the growth of our sport.
