TOUCH FOOTBALL 2024 provides the blueprint for how NSWTA will collaborate with purpose with our key partners to drive the increased capability, relevance, and sustainability of the organisation, as we drive towards 2024 – and beyond.
To lead, unite and empower the Touch Football community to enhance the experience and grow our game!
Our CARE values
Our values define our character and guide how we behave when it matters most, as we collectively enhance the experience and grow our game.
Care – We care about our sport and the people within our Touch Football community.
Accountability – We do what we say we will do, when we say we will do it.
Respect – We welcome everyone to our sport and value what they bring.
Excellence – We embrace change, have a growth mindset and strive to be better tomorrow than we are today.
What’s most important?
Our drive to deliver on our TOUCH 2024 Strategic Plan and achieve our purpose will be focused on 3 Strategic Priority Areas and Our Foundations.
STATE PARTICIPATION PLAN
This State Participation Plan will guide and drive the organisation to grow the game and enhance the experience of Touch Football in a concise and direct way to provide the opportunity for more people in the state to participate in our sport.
The document is a product of input from grassroots Affiliates and NSWTA staff with strategic input by NSWTA Board and has synergies with Touch Football Australia’s National Participation Plan.
This plan sets out high level actions and is complimented by a Participation Operational Plan that sets targets and timelines for the NSWTA, in a dynamic an everchanging community sport landscape. It is the intention that this plan will be adaptable to fit with other NSWTA plans.
The 10 focus areas allow clarity or purpose and contribute directly to our Strategic Plan, mainly with the Grow and Support Pillars.
This plan was developed in collaboration with our grassroots Affiliates and as such, the delivery by NSWTA is in tandem with our valuable community associations.
