Do you love to play Touch Football and are you aged over 30 years? Well, head to Coolah and have a great weekend at the Annual Coolah Veteran’s Touch Footy Carnival.
After a great day of competition, join the party atmosphere on Saturday night with all hotels and clubs providing live entertainment. Activities will be arranged for the Saturday night of the touch carnival at the Coolah Sporting Club (at Bowen Oval), Coolah Valley Hotel and the Black Stump Inn.
After having a great time at this event and you are staying for a couple of extra days why not travel throughout the Warrumbungle Region and explore the many attractions that are available.. call the Coonabarabran Visitor Centre for further information.
The 4th & 5th of November this year will see the 25th edition of the event and is sure to be a special experience! Come prepared to join in our 1970’s/1980’s dress up theme on Saturday night!
Teams may be Men’s or mixed, Men: 3 over 30, the rest over 35. Women: All over 30
This weekend is based around “fun”. Enjoy the competitive games of touch but socialise at the same time. The party aspect of the weekend is most important so get a team together, bring your tent, your Hero or Villain outfit and be prepared to meet new friends and have a great time.
