NSW Touch Football with the assistance of Touch Football Australia developed the Affiliate Regulations to which Affiliated Associations manage themselves and Affiliation to the State and National Organisations.

As of 1st July 2023, Affiliate Regulations have changed due to the introduction of the National Membership Fee which eliminates the insurance options for Affiliate members from Season 2 2023 onwards.
