The 2nd NSW Touch Emerging Blues Camp taps off this weekend at Tempe, bringing together the most promising young athletes across New South Wales.
This camp sees a blend of returning talent some fresh faces like Cody Reynoldson from Wagga Wagga and Dallis Graham-Withell from Penrith to name a few.
The camp’s focus this time round will comprise of discussions around Concussion within our Sport along with a rigorous schedule that includes a mix of technical drills and tactical sessions, designed to push the young athletes to their limits and prepare them for higher levels of competition.
“This camp is all about developing the next generation of touch football stars,” said Tony Trad Head of NSW Touch High Performance. “We focus on improving their skills, fostering teamwork, and instilling a strong work ethic”
The Emerging Blues Camp is not only a platform for skill development but also an opportunity for young players to build lasting friendships and network within the sport. The camaraderie and team spirit fostered during these camps often translate into long-term success on and off the field.
As the weekend progresses, all eyes will be on these young athletes, watching to see who will rise to the occasion and potentially earn a place in the NSW representative teams.
