NSW TOUCH is pleased to announce that on the weekend of June 24th, NSW Touch will be providing a Foundation Referee Coach Course to be held at the Bankstown Sports Club
$50 per person will include the full days course along with lunch.
The Foundation Referee Coach Course is part of the NSW Touch Vision for 20/20 where we aim to have a Referee Coach at each Affiliate within NSW. Referee Coaches play a vital role in Touch Football, fostering the development of our referees both on and off the field. Becoming an accredited referee coach is an important step in ensuring that you are providing a quality service to the participants you are working with.
The Foundation Referee Coach Course is the introductory level of Referee Coach Accreditation as part of the Touch Football Australia (TFA) Referee Coaching Pathway. The pathway consists for four courses of accreditation that cover the TFA pathway from participation through to high performance. The Foundation Referee Coach Course will provide you with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively carry out the role of a Referee Coach in supporting the development of Level 1 referees and referees at affiliate level competitions.
