Continuous improvement in governance and operating models is crucial for high-performing sporting organisations. As the sector faces social, economic, technological, and political challenges, it is vital to achieve clarity of purpose and identify the most effective governance and operating models. While the sporting landscape has evolved significantly in the past decade, the governance and operating model for Touch Football in NSW has not.
