ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
BANKSTOWN SPORTS CLUB and via ZOOM.
SATURDAY NOVEMBER 7, 2020 10.00AM
All reports, Notice of Motions, Special resolutions, Nominations for Board Positions and General Business items are to be forwarded to the General Manager by close of business Wednesday September 30, 2020.
Meeting papers will then be circulated by Friday October 9, 2020.
Board Positions up for Election are the roles of President and Technical Director. Criteria for positions is provided herewith.

Please note that prevailing NSW Public Health Orders will determine how many persons will be able to attend the Annual General Meeting live. Currently that stands at 27 persons. We will forward details of how an Affiliate/Region Delegate can attend the AGM via ZOOM. This will be a process that will require registration prior to the AGM. Details will follow.
