The Sydney Scorpions Region will be having their annual general meeting on Saturday 23rd May. The meeting will be held at Bankstown Sports Club at 3.30pm.
All reports, Notice of Motions, Special resolutions, Nominations for Executive Officer Positions and General Business items are to be forwarded to Tim Kitchingham, Assistant Regional Director via [email protected] by close of business 1 May 2015. Meeting papers will be available via http://www.sydneyscorpions.com by 3 May 2015.
Please note that prior to the Sydney Scorpions AGM, the NSWTA AGM will be held at the same venue, commencing at 1.30pm. Your attendance at that meeting would be appreciated.
