The New South Wales Touch Association wishes to invite delegates from all NSWTA Affiliates and regions to the 43rd Annual General Meeting. The meeting will be held at Bankstown Sports Club, Mona Street Bankstown on Saturday 14th May at 1.30pm.
All reports, Notice of Motions, Special resolutions, Nominations for Board Positions (President & Technical Director) and General Business items are to be forwarded to the General Manager by close of business Friday 15th April 2016. Meeting papers will then be circulated by Friday April 29th 2016.
Please note that the Annual General Meetings for the Sydney Scorpions and the Hunter Western Hornets will be held at the same venue on the same date following the NSWTA AGM commencing at 3-30pm allowing affiliates to be able to accommodate attendance at the State and Regional AGM’s in one (1) outing rather than two (2).
