The Sydney Mets Touch Association Annual General Meeting will be held at St Marys Leagues Club Forrester Road St Marys on Thursday 11th May commencing at 7.00pm.
The Sydney Mets invite all Affiliates from within the region as well as interested persons from within those Affiliates to attend.
All reports, Notice of Motions, Special resolutions, Nominations for Executive Officer Positions and General Business items are to be forwarded to Tony Doyle, Finance Director at [email protected] and/or Michael Clark at [email protected] by close of business 20 April 2017.
Meeting papers will be available on the Mets Website at www.sydneymets.com.au by 17 April 2017.
Light refreshments will be provided to all attendees.
