Join the NSW Touch Football Team
NSW Touch Football is entering an exciting new phase of growth, alignment and opportunity, and we are now seeking two outstanding people to join our team.

Applications are now open for the roles of Head of Commercial and Events Coordinator, with both positions playing an important role in supporting the future direction, sustainability and delivery of Touch Football across New South Wales.

These roles represent an exciting opportunity to be part of one of NSW’s largest and most connected sporting communities, contributing to an organisation with a proud history, passionate people and a clear ambition to strengthen the sport from grassroots participation through to major events, commercial growth and community impact.

Head of Commercial
NSW Touch Football is seeking a dynamic and commercially focused leader to join the organisation as Head of Commercial.

This senior leadership role will drive NSW Touch Football’s commercial strategy, with a strong focus on revenue growth, partnerships, sponsorships, event commercialisation, brand value, digital assets and market positioning.

The Head of Commercial will work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to identify and deliver new commercial opportunities, strengthen existing partnerships, build new relationships, and maximise the value of NSW Touch Football’s events, competitions, digital platforms and broader organisational assets.

The role will also provide leadership across key functions including communications, digital services and event presentation, ensuring NSW Touch Football’s commercial activities are contemporary, integrated and aligned to the organisation’s strategic priorities.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, relationship-focused and commercially driven leader who can help shape the commercial future of Touch Football in NSW.

Events Coordinator

NSW Touch Football is also seeking an organised, energetic and practical team member to join the organisation as Events Coordinator.

This role will support the planning, preparation and delivery of NSW Touch Football events, tournaments and championships, helping ensure our events are professional, participant-focused, well organised and aligned to the future direction of the sport.

Working closely with the Events Manager and the broader commercial portfolio, the Events Coordinator will assist with event logistics, venue requirements, supplier liaison, staffing coordination, schedules, run sheets, event documentation, participant communication and on-ground delivery.

The role will be central to supporting high-quality event experiences for participants, officials, volunteers, affiliates, suppliers, venues and the broader Touch Football community.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced sporting environment, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in helping deliver events that bring people and communities together.
