The UNSW Rabbitohs Touch Football Club is proud to unveil its newly launched five‑year Strategic Plan. Led by the 2024/25 NSW Touch President of the Year (Aileen May Medal), Nicholas Xylas, the plan is designed to drive long‑term growth and position the club as one of Sydney’s premier touch football organisations.

This ambitious roadmap provides a clear framework to measure success and track
progress annually across six key strategic pillars:

  1. Operations, Sponsorship and Financial Growth
  2. Growth of Junior and Senior Local Competitions
  3. Coaching and Volunteer Recruitment, Retention and Recognition
  4. Referee and Player On‑Field Performance
  5. Junior‑to‑Senior Pathway Development
  6. Communication, Social Engagement and Club Culture

To bring this vision to life, the club has introduced new committee roles and strengthened club policies and governance structures. Together, these initiatives reinforce the UNSW Rabbitohs’ commitment to excellence, sustainability and an inclusive, high‑performance club environment for players, officials, volunteers and the wider community.
